This Customer Service Executive role has the below responsibilities:
Providing support to customers through calls and emails
Managing selected customers accounts providing them with support
Logging all customer updates via CRM
Working with suppliers to meet customer needs
Formulating data reports
Developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
Supporting the head of operations with adhoc duties
This Customer Service Executive role requires the below exposure and skillsets:
Previous exposure within Customer Service is essential
Previous exposure working in a B2C or B2B Environment
Previous experience logging customer data on a CRM
Microsoft Office proficient including Microsoft Excel
Passionate towards Customer Service
Natural relationship builder
FULL UK Driving License
