We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our busy client based on the outskirts of Swindon.

Typical activities

* Building of all packages prior to them going on sale

* Ensuring all information is accurately recorded for other departments

* Frequent audits of elements to ensure information is accurate

* Working to ensure a smooth day to day running of the system and highlighting any areas that are not performing correctly or need enhancing

* Assisting sales and admin with any discrepancies

* Building good working relationships across the business in order to deliver to appropriate timescale.

Skill set required:

Essential

* Eye for accuracy and detail

* Approachable, with a willingness to help

* A want to learn and develop

* Willing to commit time and effort in to making the system run smoothly
