Customer Orders Coordinator

Location: Holywell

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:15am - 5:00pm | Friday, 8:15am - 4:00pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised Customer Orders Coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery. You will work closely with customers, Area Sales Managers, Planning, Production, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders using SAP.
Ensure orders are entered accurately and meet production deadlines.
Liaise with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Sales, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor customer requirements and expedite urgent orders where necessary.
Raise and manage customer complaints through SAP, working with Customer Care to achieve resolutions.
Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative duties.
Support departmental KPI targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You'll have:

Previous customer service or order processing experience.
Strong administration, organisation, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
A proactive, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
Experience using SAP (or a similar ERP system) is advantageous.
Manufacturing or fabrication industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
