We're recruiting an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a renowned household name.
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys a busy, complex customer service role.
This is a temp to perm position.
The Role
First point of contact for customers
Answering customer queries over the phone and on email
Ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided at all times
Working within relevant guidelines and legislations
Ensuring customer information is correct and up to date on company system
Liaising with other internal departments
Liaising with contractorsThe Candidate
Strong communication skills
Previous Customer Service experience in an office based role
