Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Barnwood, Gloucestershire.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00 & Fridays 08:30-15:00.

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum.

Our client, a reputable company in the Industrial sector, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise daily tasks to meet objectives.

This role is fully office based.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure high-quality customer service.
Provide support to Customer Service Engineers and external customers.
Interface with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Customer Support/Sales, and Marketing.
Maintain accurate service information in the company's CRM system.
Process internal and external orders efficiently.
Handle customer service calls and resolve any issues arising from field service visits.
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate good decision-making skills.
Maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements:

High motivation to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to report at a management level.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
