Customer Service Coordinator
OA are working with a well-established distribution business, searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm / 9am – 5.30pm
£23,000 per annum
Permanent
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Hybrid working after probation, Training & development, health & wellbeing support, discounts & vouchers
Customer Service Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
Supporting a number of customer accounts
Follow customer requirements to create job instructions for timely dispatch
Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and suppliers
Prioritise and escalate emails as needed
Handle administrative tasks and utilise in-house systems
Customer Service Coordinator - Skills and Experience:
Strong relationship building skills
Willingness to learn & develop
Good problem-solving skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Good level of Maths and English at GCSE – Grade 4 / Grade C or higher
