URGENT REQUIREMENT – Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £26,500 per annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and growing team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Book customer orders onto the job processing system.
Carry out contract reviews of incoming work, ensuring order identification and traceability.
Interpret customer and drawing requirements and communicate these clearly to production operators.
Liaise with customers regarding order confirmations and quality-related queries.
Prepare and maintain process layouts, routings, quality plans, data cards, and specification test regimes for new product introductions and engineering changes.
Ensure all quality, technical, and commercial information is accurately recorded prior to production.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong communication and customer service experience.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within manufacturing or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
Salary: £26,500 per annum
