Customer Care Coordinator - Residential Developer
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for a residential developer in Hampshire.
The main purpose of the role is to provide customers with a 5-star customer service process and deal efficiently and effectively with any issues they have.
Job role: Customer Care Coordinator
Salary: £120 - £129/day (Equivalent of £31,000/annum)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hampshire
Main duties:
Be the first point of contact with customers
Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently
Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system
Liaise with Maintenance operatives, sub-contractors, etcKnowledge and skills:
Self-motivated
Confident with the ability to communicate
Organised and ability to prioritise
IT skills
Minimum 1 year experience working in the residential or facilities management industry
