My client are a housing developer who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them to be based their their head office in Uxbridge
Day to day duties:
Dealing with incoming calls & making outgoing call to home owners
Gaining information for surveys
Collating data from customers
Managing the system
Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
Working closely with the customer service team
