You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience, resolving any issues they may face, and maintaining strong relationships. Your key tasks will include:

Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
Resolving customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate and complete customer records in our CRM system.
Providing product information and assistance to customers and potential clients.
Collaborating with your team to achieve customer service targets and improve processes.To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
