Overview:
A leading organisation in their manufacturing space are currently seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their team to manage the overall customer operations and sales progression processes including managing the team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Process customer orders
Liaise with customers and deliver them excellent service by phone, email and live chat
Listen and revolved complaints in a timely and professional manner
Update customer and order information on CRM system
Upsell new products to existing customers
Work closely with other departments to solve customer issues and improve customer service
Essential Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in customer service positions
Experience using a CRM system
An excellent communicator
Hard-working and ambitious
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Package:
Up to £30,000 basic salary
