Customer Service Co-ordinator
Bulwell, Nottingham
£25,377 + Bonus
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm | Office-Based
Looking for someone to start as soon as possible
Job Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service and sales support by managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, resolving account and delivery queries and processing returns efficiently.
The role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate record keeping and working collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience while supporting the company's sales and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming sales enquiries and providing accurate information
* Preparing and issuing pricing quotations
* Managing and resolving invoice queries
* Responding to despatch and delivery queries
* Processing returns and issuing return authorisations
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments
* Ensuring all systems and records are kept up to date
About You
* Some experience in a customer service, sales support or co-ordination role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive and positive team player
