About the role
Title – Customer Service Associate
Pay Rate –
£11.44ph
Location – Birmingham Airport
Shift Timings – 45 hours per week, should be flexible as per the client requirements
You will be working in Birmingham Airport as a Customer Service Associate
Your main responsibilities may include:
Customer Service role for physical bag checks and queue management
Must be able to communicate and interact well with customers and provide explanation of bag search and answer any questions
Any items over 100ml will need to be removed from hand luggage and disposed off
All clear liquid bags must be compliant before reaching Check-in and Security
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
SIA licence preferred
5-year checkable work/career history.
Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
