We are currently seeking 6 Customer Service Representatives to join our client's dynamic team in Cumbernauld. As a key member of their customer service department, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on our client's customers. This is a temporary role, with a contract length of 6 months, providing you with an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a reputable organisation.

Competitive hourly rate, starting from £11.75
Part time - 20 hours - 3 evenings + 1 weekend shift - the weekend shift will be an 8-hour shift.
All hours between 7am - 11pm flexible.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to their problems.
Manage customer accounts, process orders, and update customer information in the system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
Uphold the company's customer service standards and follow established protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
