Customer Support Assistant – Summer Temps

Location: Edinburgh Waverley

Contract Length: 3rd June – 1st September

Immediate Start: After passing a Drug & Alcohol test.

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the railway sector? We are currently recruiting  dedicated Customer Support Assistants to join our team at Edinburgh Station over the summer holidays. This is your chance to develop new skills, gain valuable experience and contribute to the seamless travel experience of thousands of passengers.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be at the forefront of passenger interactions, providing information, assistance and helping travellers during the busy summer period.

This role is your gateway to a multitude of exciting career paths within the railway sector and other key areas of the business. A roster will be provided to you and on average, you will work 24 hours a week, and be part of a team who work early, mid and late shifts.
