Customer services assistant
Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to a scientific laboratory based in Sheffield who are looking for a customer services assistant.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for liaising with customers over the phone and email
Communicate with external engineers who would visit the site and facilitate on-site visits via phone or email
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Provide administrative support
Responsible for managing client portfolio
Liaise between laboratory and external clients to resolve any queries they have
Requirements
Previous experience in customer services role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and written skills
