Customer Service Assistant

Monday - Friday 39 hours
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join one of our long-standing clients - a leading technology and solutions business.
You will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to customers through the facilitation of processing quotes and orders.
What will the role involve?
* Supporting the Customer Service department with various administration tasks
* Processing orders and completing associated administration
* Raising quotes
* Managing customer inquiries via email and telephone and escalating technical issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with sales team, external customers and suppliers
* Managing an email inbox and responding to queries
* Sales administration duties
* Keeping customers updated on orders, promotions and new products
Essential criteria:
* Experience working in a Customer Service role is essential
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organised administrator
* A team player with great attention to detail
