Do you thrive in a customer-focused environment? We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our client's busy team on a temporary basis.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting service users, visitors, and colleagues while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. You will be a welcoming point of contact, assisting with enquiries and helping to create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised environment.
Duties:
Providing support to service users and helping with enquiries
Managing practical tasks such as processing payments, booking transport and handling deliveries
Carrying out administrative duties including answering phones, maintaining records, and supporting general office duties
Assisting with the running of the centre
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using internal systemsRequirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
Previous administration experience would be beneficial
