Customer Service Assistant
Location – Ramsgate, Kent
Salary – £11.50 Per Hour
Hours – Full-Time - 30 hours per week
Temp to Perm after 6 months
Do you have previous experience in a customer-facing service role?
We have a great opportunity in Ramsgate for a Customer Service Assistant to work for one of our clients on a temp-perm basis to start as soon as possible.
You will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break for an hourly rate of £11.50.
Due to our client's location, you must be able to drive and have access to your transport.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with high-profile retailers and interior designers
* Process orders via the bespoke computer order entry system
* Deal with client enquiries face to-face and via phone/emails
* Deliver a top level of customer service for all 3rd party stakeholders
* General office duties
* A full and detailed in-house training programme will be arranged for the successful applicant.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong administrative skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
* Computer-literate
* Superb interpersonal skills
* Target-driven
* Ability to work under pressure in a lively environment, quickly and accurately
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude
