£13.25 per hour

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy Call Centre team in Rotherham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service or call centre experience to join a well-established company. The role involves supporting customers with orders, resolving queries and helping them transition to a new online ordering platform.

Duties will include:

Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries
Processing customer orders and dealing with order queries
Assisting customers with account registrations and password resets
Guiding customers through the online self-service ordering platform
Troubleshooting basic system issues and providing solutions
Encouraging customers to use the online ordering system
Updating customer records accurately
Escalating unresolved issues where required
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Processing orders manually for customers not yet using the online platformThe successful candidate will have:

Previous customer service or call centre experience
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
Strong problem-solving abilities
A positive and professional attitude
Good attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
