Job Profile
Hippo Motor Group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. Based at our Prep Centre, the ideal candidate will be smart, professional, and possess exemplary customer service skills. This role primarily involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers, and directing them to the appropriate departments. This is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment within a growing company.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9am – 6pm

Friday: 9am – 5pm

One late shift per week: 10am – 7pm

One Saturday per month: 9am – 4pm

One early shift per week 8:30am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound customer calls.

* Objection handle any calls where necessary.

* Diffuse situations regarding complaints.

* Documenting information via MS office and internal systems.

* Handle overflow calls from other departments.

* Maintain high company standards.

* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

* Adhere to company procedures.

Experience and Skills:

* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

* Receptionist or call centre experience is advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills

* Confident telephone manner

* Flexibility and organizational skills

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

* Experience in using MS office and Connex One a plus.
