Description:
My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team on a part time, temp to perm basis.
Duties include:
Dealing with customers on a daily basis
Taking orders via email and on the phone
Speaking to customers and typing notes at the same time
Handling all queries and offering solutions
Keeping live records for all customers
Adding new customers onto the internal database
Being able to communicate effectively at all levels
Being able to handle calls efficiently during peak times
Rate: £11.44, increasing to £12ph after 12 weeks
Hours: 6pm-midnight, 3 nights per week
Role: Immediate start, temp to perm for the right candidate
