About the role
As a customer service agent, your role will be to assist our customers with their pet insurance queries, issues, and complaints, policy renewals and new business customers. This role offers excellent training and future progression opportunities within a supportive and friendly team.
Your responsibilities
Answering customer calls regarding general questions, renewals and sales
Manage the customer through the lifecycle of their insurance policy
Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email updating details on the company system
Admin duties
Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to obtain information to allow veterinary nurses to settle claimsAbout you
Previous customer service experience - retail and hospitality experience is welcome
Happy dealing with a variety of customers via the telephone

Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pmPlease note - no holiday can be taken withing the first 4-6 weeks of training
