Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
Previous sales experience would be preferred but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone to promote company products and services
* Update in house systems accordingly
* Provide support to customers when required
Skills and experience:
* Good working knowledge of smart phones and tablets
* Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
* People focused, able to work co-operatively as part of a team
* Ability to work with customers and professionally represent the organisation during every interaction
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
