We're currently seeking individuals to join our local client's Customer Service team. As a frontline Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities:
Addressing and updating internal systems with any issues or queries
Sending out essential documentation
Corresponding with customers via email
