AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious National Client based in Bedworth, for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their growing team.
Based - Bedworth
Salary - £23800 per annum + £1200 attendance bonus = £25000 per annum
Working Hours - 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 (5 days out of 7) - Includes working 1 weekend in 4 on a rota.
Start Date - 3rd June
**Candidates good on Microsoft Excel and have previous Customer Service Experience**
The main tasks will be:
• 80% of the role is contacting customers to arrange delivery dates with them.
• Offering great Customer Service, and continuously going above and beyond
• Updating the clients internal CRM system and excel spreadsheet
• Answering general enquiries coming in via telephone.
• Operating live chat at times, and being very responsive via email
• A strong background in Customer Resolutions and addressing any issues professionally
• Communicating with other departments when required
Candidates must have:
• An excellent Communicator via all forms of communications to a number of audiences.
• An excellent MS office user, specifically in Excel.
• Must have Customer Service Experience in the past
• Well organized.
• MS Excel Qualification/Experience and ability to demonstrate this
