Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Ongoing
Mansfield
£13.688 (inclusive of holiday pay)
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting online retail campaigns.
This is an ongoing temporary position expected to last for at least a few months.
The role will involve providing excellent customer service to online customers, predominantly through an online ticketing system, along with occasional telephone enquiries.
Customer Service Advisor duties will include:
Responding to customer enquiries online ticketing systems and email
Handling occasional inbound customer service calls
Dealing with queries relating to online orders, deliveries, products, returns and refunds
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Keeping customers updated and ensuring queries are followed through to resolution
Supporting busy e-commerce campaigns and peak periods
Accurately recording customer communications and actionsFor the role of Customer Service Advisor, We are looking for someone who has:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within e-commerce or online retail
Experience using a customer service ticketing platform - Re, Freshdesk or similar would be particularly advantageous
Excellent written communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Good attention to detail and strong IT skills
The ability to manage a busy workload and respond to customers efficiently
A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
