A leading marina located in the beautiful Noss on Dart area is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a flexible work ethic and a passion for customer service to thrive in a busy marina environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional customer service to all marina visitors and clients.
Handling inquiries and sales efficiently and professionally.
Learning and utilizing marina-specific computer software systems.
Working collaboratively with a positive and adaptable attitude.
Supporting office operations with occasional outdoor tasks.What our client is looking for:
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Understanding of inquiry and sales handling.
Willingness to learn and effectively use computer software systems.
A proactive “can do” attitude and a flexible approach to teamwork.
Availability to work weekends as required (on a rota basis).Desirable but Not Essential:
