Customer Service Advisor
Redditch | Temporary (until January 2027, with extension potential)
The Role
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. You'll handle both incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries with professionalism and care. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where your communication skills and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
* Keen eye for detail
* Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently
* Previous call centre experience (advantageous)
* Knowledge of compliance and legislation (advantageous)
