Dartford
8:45am-5pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid- Tues and Thurs from home
6-8 month Contract

Our client, a prestigious automotive company, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team for a contract to start ASAP. As the go-to person for customer interactions, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the brand's premium strategy.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints, and general enquiries with professionalism and expert knowledge.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage customer data and cases through the CRM platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Proactively identify potential customer concerns and take proactive steps to address them before contact is made.
Place outbound marketing calls to convert enquiries into test-drive leads, utilising various channels such as live chat and online platforms.
Uphold GDPR compliance and ensure the highest regard for customer data privacy
Collaborate with the dealer network to resolve complex customer issues and provide support for vehicle repairsRequirements:
Immediately available
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work within targeted service level agreements (SLAs).
Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
