Role summary -
This company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor - Housing Repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants and homeowners who require assistance with their housing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication
Booking appointments for housing repairs
Providing accurate information to customers regarding their housing repairs
Ensuring all customer service targets are met
Maintaining accurate records and updating the databaseRequirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office
