Customer Care Specialist
Edinburgh | Hybrid Working | Full Time | August Start | £27,042 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Do you take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and seeing things through to the very end?
We're looking for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and delivering exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, live chat and social media.
What you'll do:
✅ Support customers across multiple communication channels.
✅ Take ownership of enquiries from first contact to resolution
✅ Build trust through clear, professional communication
✅ Investigate customer queries and deliver the right outcome

Experience Required:
We're looking for someone with a strong customer service background. Experience in a contact centre or omni-channel setting is a bonus, but not essential.
