What you will be doing
To provide support to both Business Partners Sales and Customers to build relationships, maintain effective communications and resolve all queries to maximise customer satisfaction.
To provide a customer service and support department for all the Business Partner Customers offering advice, information, order processing and query resolution.
To understand the customers’ requirements by maintaining good working relationships whilst ensuring excellent knowledge of relevant internal procedures, products and available services • Responsible for contributing towards an engaged workforce within the Supply Chain Operations team through to promote a positive work culture to meet the current and future needs of the business.
Ensure resolution of sales order holds within process and SLA’s Participate in projects related to the field of Operations to improve process efficiencies and customer satisfaction levels
