A temporary Customer Service Advisor role means working at the centre of a fast-moving, customer-obsessed operation for a name that people genuinely love, with a team culture to match.
Supporting customers across email and social media, handling delivery enquiries, processing exchanges and vouchers, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any product or shipment issues that come through.
