Description:
Job Title: Customer Service (inbound adviser)
Location: Gateshead, Ne10
Hours: 40 hours a week | Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, some weekend working, shift rotas. Very flexible with working hours if you give the client notice to work certain shifts.
Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online. Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers. Build relationships with customers. Assist customers in making decisions.
Good with online portals and systems.
