Customer Service Advisor
Reading (Hybrid)
Up to £14p/h
Full Time 37 hours
Initially 6 month contract

I am recruiting for a leading UK business who are going through a busy growth period. We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team!
What will you be doing?
* Taking inbound calls from customers in relation to meter readings
* Entering data into a spreadsheet
* Analysing data to resolve issues
* Liaising with 3rd parties to gain information
What do you need to apply?
* Experience in a phone based role
* Confident working from excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to resolve complex queries
