Working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the focus of this role is to retain members within the business. This is done by proactively calling.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:
* Outbound calls liaising with customers
* Contact customers regarding account queries
* Ensuring optimum service levels are met and promoting any new packages
* Liaise with your Line Manager, General Managers and Support teams to deliver a consistent and positive approach to the retention of customers
For this Customer Service Advisor role the employer is looking for:
* Experience with making outbound calls or working to targets
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Great team player
* Good understanding of MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to remain calm in pressurised environments
* Positive, flexible and adaptable attitude
* Ability to problem solve
