Customer Service Advisor
Location: City of London
Salary: £15 per Hour
Hours: 2pm - 11pm / Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound customer calls.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries.
Updating customer information accurately on internal systems.
Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best customer experience.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with company policies and procedures.
About You
Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
