Job Title: Customer Service Adviser.
Location: Site based in Colchester, Essex.
Rewards: £25K Basic Salary plus Commission OTE £35K.
Working Hours: Working 35 hours per week across a 5 day week requiring you to work Thursday to Monday Full Time 10AM – 5PM each week.
Working Days: You will be required to work 5 of the 8 bank holidays but these days are then credited back as additional holiday allowance giving you 33 days per annum holiday allowance.
Timeline: Immediate Interview and start date

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience of working in Estate Agency and or the New Homes market would be advantageous.
* The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision.
* Accurate, numerate and computer literate.
* A team player with excellent organisational skills.
* Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
* Be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Responsible for progressing sales through to completion.
* Dealing with customers, estate agents, solicitors and clients throughout the sale.
* Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to work to deadlines and targets.
