A great opportunity to join our amazing customer service team in the waste and recycling industry dealing with Skips and Bulkers.
Customer Service Advisor
Wallsend
Part Time 17 to 25 Hours Per Week
Hours between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
National Minimum Wage / £11.44 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inbound telephone and email contact for customers
Manage queries and complaints efficiently and promptly
Investigate, action and resolve email queries
Meet service level agreements on productivity
Provide customers with a professional, convenient and courteous serviceRequirements:
Call centre experience advantageous
Excellent communication skills and a confident, patient phone manner
Strong attention to detail and standard of accuracy
Self motivated with the ability to work at pace
Proactive with a positive attitude to supporting colleagues
