An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.

Job type - Permanent
Working hours - Mon - Fri
Key skills required for a Customer Support Executive:

Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a Customer Support/Customer Advisor role, or similar.
*
An excellent telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach.
*
Positive attitude.
*
Experience processing orders.
*
Good MS Office skills, in particular, Excel.
*
Good administration skills.
*
Previous experience working in a fast-moving customer-focused role.
Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Coordinator:
*
Accurate and timely input and flow of sales orders.
*
Efficient and professional response to customer and consumer queries and complaints.
*
Ensuring customer orders are processed and managed through the business.
*
Focus on customer orders.
*
Handle, log and track customer complaints and queries by recording cases on NetSuite
*
Providing support to the Account Managers as required, including inputting quotations and any other task as reasonably requested.
*
Preparing and managing all the necessary documentation required for exporting goods and services, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
*
Use of MS Office
*
Admin duties
