THE JOB ROLE
The Customer Service Advisor role is a key part of our client’s sales and marketing operation.  The role entails:

Reacting to incoming customer enquiries, new orders and ongoing sales projects
Providing product and technical information, working with experienced colleagues to provide advice and guidance.
Managing CRM and database records, ensuring processes are efficient.
Day-to-today involvement in the efficient management of the sales and customer support office.
Contributing ideas and energy to support improvements in operations. THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Customer Service Advisor role, our client is looking for these key skills:

Prior experience in a similar role i.e. customer service, customer support, customer success.
Confidence in managing customer queries, processing orders and meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The desire to contribute to a knowledgeable, professional, positive and supportive team. THE REWARDS
£25-30K Basic salary (doe) + team bonus of up to 20%
Pension, Bupa healthcare, 25 days leave pa.
