Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a large company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.
Job Description
This role is to be working as part of an integral team in the Customer Service department taking incoming calls, booking in assessments and engineers to attend to repairs
Purpose of the Role:
* To provide effective, Customer Service support across all operational areas of the business
* You will be taking incoming call from existing tenants who will be reporting issues that will need assessing and repairing in the home.
* Responsible for the daily liaison between customers and operatives to ensure each individual needs are met
* You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the company database so you will need good strong IT skills.
Duties:
* Update appointment diaries
* Request new orders for extra works already carried out or to be carried out and request downgrades where necessary
* Produce and send appointment/reminder letters
* Arranging annual servicing appointments to comply with legislation
Hours of Work
* Momday to Thursday - 7.5 hours
* Friday - 7 Hours
