Customer Service Advisor
Leeds
£11.44 per hour
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our retail client in Leeds. This is a temporary role to cover a peak period of business so successful candidates must be available to work full time until the end of September. There is potential for the contract to extend or go permanent depending on business levels.
This role is due to start at the beginning of July and is a full time, office based role.
What you'll be doing -
Handling queries relating to customers orders
Liaising with logistics partners to track parcels and get updates
Updating the customer records accurately
Resolving any customer complaints to a high standard
Working in a fast paced environment during peak season
What we're looking for -
Previous experience within a customer facing role, preferably telephony based but this isn't essential
Team player who works well with others
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to keep calm
Computer literate
Hours of work -
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Full time hours
Pay rate -
£11.44 per hour, weekly pay!
