Customer Service Advisor Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Based in Willesden

Office Based Role - 8.30am - 5pm plus 1 Saturday per month (8am -12pm)

A leading waste management company are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Willesden. You will need to confidently handle both telephone and written communications, work well under pressure to meet deadlines and keen eye for detail will help maintain to professional standards of the business.

Duties Include:

Responsible for client satisfaction and responding to incoming calls and emails
Accurately complete job bookings, deal with any customer queries and action any other administration duties
Maintain database for all clients and ensure all information is up to date
Ensure strong working relationships are developed with all internal stakeholders, including Sales, Transport and Finance teams
Maintaining current customer relationships and also be creating and building new one
Contacting lapsed clients with the aim of becoming active customers again

Experience Required:

3 years + working in a Customer Service environment
Ideally have previous exposure to the Waste Management and Recycling industry
Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with an analytical mind and keen eye for detail
Confident in verbal and written communication
Strong team player, able to collaborate with various personnel
Works well under pressure and meets deadlines professionallyBenefits:
