Customer Service Advisor - Leeds
Temporary – Ongoing
Monday - Friday / 8am - 4pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)
£11.44p/hr Weekly Pay

Responsibilities within this role will include:
Provide support to suppliers and internal colleagues and resolve queries
Dealing with queries and complaints - incoming calls and email response
Act as a front-line colleague to provide support to retail, suppliers and head office users on queries, signposting where information can be found, triaging and servicing requests.
Handling emails that will include queries and complaints and being able to adapt to each customer
Navigate several systems to support in query resolution
Manage own workload and workflows to ensure timely resolution to queries
Working between multiple systems ensuring accurate data entry
