Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £26,500p.a.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with customers via email and telephone
* Scheduling appointments
* Verifying account information
* Additional administration duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have:
* Strong communication skills verbal & written
* Good Microsoft office skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail.
