Kelly Services are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well-respected client on a full-time, permanent basis in Loughborough.

Salary circa £24,000 per annum

Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work closely alongside the customer service team to deliver an exceptional customer service, embodying a customer-first approach. The main purpose of this position is to handle customer queries, offer technical support, provide after sales support for both B2B and B2C channels. Additional responsibilities include:

Ensure each step of the customer journey is designed and executed to meet individual needs and exceed expectations.
Provide seamless and memorable experience that cultivates loyalty and positions our client as the first choice for customers.
Answer all interactions promptly, offering a professional service to internal and external customers.
Manage all enquiries, ensuring information is processed accurately.
Ensure timely order processing, whilst maintaining accurate system information, and build robust relationships with customers.
Assist with after-sales service, including fault resolution and claims management.
Provide technical product support on our clients products to suggest add-ons or alternatives, enhancing the customer's purchase experience and preventing potential.
Providing drinks to customers during their appointments.

Skills and Experience

Have experience working in a telesales / high volume call centre environment.
Provide track record in a sales environment (ideally B2B).
Have experience within the customer service industry.
Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office and a quick learner to CRM packages.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
