Description:

Join our client's team as a Patient Support Advisor and make a real difference in the lives of patients and their support persons. As a Patient Support Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical enquires via phone calls and emails. You will engage with prospective and current customers, including patients, their support persons, and healthcare professionals, providing them with the best possible resolution to their concerns. Every call will be diligently recorded into the system to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Our client values a high level of customer service, and your ability to speak with customers in an empathetic and supportive manner will be crucial. By promoting precise information and demonstrating your strong interpersonal skills, you will help create an excellent customer experience. Compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are also important aspects of this role.

The hours will be 8:30am - 17:00pm for the first 4-6 weeks. After that, the shifts will rotate between 8am and 8pm.
