Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business speaking with existing customers handling a range of enquiries regarding their products and services.
The role will be mainly telephone based and will also be corresponding with customers over email and webchat.
You will be ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and their 5 star reputation is upheld.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
Extremely passionate about the delivering the best level of customer service
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills
A good team player
